The Atlanta Journal Constitution Names Intellinet as Top Workplaces for 4th Year in a RowIntellinet, a management consulting and technology services firm, is honored to announce its recognition by The Atlanta Journal Constitution as a Top Small Workplace for the fourth year in a row.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. For 2017, 2,572 metro Atlanta companies were participated in the awards program.  Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits.” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together. Claffey adds, “Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”

"Being named a Top Workplace in metro Atlanta for a fourth year in a row is a tremendous honor for our firm" said Mark Seeley, chief executive officer of Intellinet.  "We strive to make a positive impact on our clients' businesses, our employees' experiences, and our community.  This recognition validates our vision of being a 'profitable, growing company that delights customers and provides an excellent employment experience.'"

"We are grateful for all our employees who voted us a Top Workplace" added Erin Hicks, Intellinet's director of human resources.  "This outstanding recognition highlights our commitment to maintaining a strong corporate culture.  We want Intellinet to be the best place our employees have ever worked."
Intellinet and the rest of the Top 150 Workplaces were honored in a ceremony at the Georgia Aquarium on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.  To see the full list of the Atlanta Journal Constitution's Top Workplaces, visit www.ajc.com/top-workplaces.
