Intellinet, a management consulting and Microsoft-centric technology services firm, is honored to announce its recognition by The Atlanta Journal Constitution as a Top Small Workplace.
To find the Top Workplaces, 83,553 employee surveys were conducted at more than 1,200 metro Atlanta companies and organizations were evaluated on six dimensions measuring employee satisfaction and company health - company direction, execution, connection, employee work, management, and pay & benefits.
"Being named a Top Workplace in metro Atlanta is a tremendous honor for our firm" said Mark Seeley, president and senior partner of Intellinet. "This recognition validates our vision of being a 'profitable, growing company that delights customers and provides an excellent employment experience.'"
"This outstanding recognition, in addition to being named to Consulting Magazine's 2013 'Best Small Firms to Work For' list, highlights our commitment to maintaining a strong corporate culture" added Erin Hicks, Intellinet's director of human resources. "We want Intellinet to be the best place our employees have ever worked."
Intellinet and the rest of the Top 100 Workplaces were honored in a ceremony at the Cobb Energy Center on Thursday, March 20, 2014. To see the full list of the Atlanta Journal Constitution's Top Workplaces, click here.
