Intellinet Gears Up with Microsoft for the Largest Enterprise Launch in Microsoft's History
The 2008 Server and Tools Launch Wave marks the largest IT Professional and Developer outreach in the history of Microsoft; Intellinet readies for the highly anticipated worldwide launch wave.
Atlanta, GA - Intellinet Corporation, a highly certified and nationally recognized professional IT services firm delivering application development, business intelligence, core infrastructure, collaboration, & systems management solutions, announced the company's participation in the Microsoft "HEROES happen {here}" launch event. As a premier Microsoft partner, Intellinet exhibited in New York on March 4 and in Houston on March 20, and will also be in Charlotte on April 8 and in Atlanta on April 29.
"Together these technologies-Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008-will provide our customers with the most advanced capabilities available today in key areas such as Virtualization, Security, and Business Intelligence," said Chris Saltz, Intellinet Director of Consulting Operations. "To prepare for this highly anticipated release, Microsoft invited us to participate in a number of exclusive, pre-launch training sessions with the Delta Force Rangers, and we have accrued several hours of deployment experience with Windows Server and SQL Server. Our customers are excited about Microsoft's newest innovative offerings, and we are pleased to offer them architectural design and deployment services as a preeminent Microsoft partner."
As part of the product launch, Visual Studio 2008 and the .NET Framework 3.5 were released to manufacturing (RTM) in late 2007; Windows Server 2008 was released to the market in February of 2008, followed by the scheduled launch of SQL Server 2008 in May. To ensure technology early-adopters have a strong partner to architect and deploy the available solutions, Intellinet joined Microsoft's Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for Windows Server 2008; engaged with Microsoft as a pre-community technical preview (CTP) SQL Server 2008 beta-tester; and has implemented the technology for several clients.
The Microsoft "HEROES happen {here}" launch event will bring together thousands of developers and IT professionals from around the world to get an in-depth look at the products as well as the opportunity to meet with top partners such as Intellinet.
