Byars Brings Experience In Cultivating Aggressive Growth
Atlanta, GA - Intellinet, a highly certified and nationally recognized IT strategy and technology consulting services firm, announces that Hardin M. Byars has joined the company as executive vice president, organizational development. In this role, Mr. Byars is responsible for positioning the company for aggressive growth, translating vision-driven business strategies into executable plans, and creating an organizational structure that supports Intellinet's priorities and passion for helping people succeed.

Prior to joining Intellinet, Mr. Byars served as vice president, Registered Investment Advisor Group for Wells Real Estate Funds, where he pioneered a start-up business channel to deliver financial products through fee-based financial advisors. Previously, he founded Innovus Consulting, where he coached senior executives on strategic planning and organizational development to drive growth while creating energetic, people-centered cultures responsive to change. Earlier at PathVest Corporation, Mr. Byars was responsible for operations, team development, and evaluation of prospective venture investments. While with Carter & Associates, he was a member of the executive committee and assumed profit and loss responsibility for two of the eight business units.
Mr. Byars graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in International Relations. He did post graduate studies in economics at UGA and earned a finance mini-MBA at Georgia State University. Mr. Byars is an active member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) and is a current or past board member of several community and professional organizations. He and his family reside in Lilburn, Georgia where he is active in Parkview Young Life, Gwinnett Outreach, Community Bible Study and is an elder at Grace Fellowship Church.
