New Customer Case Study! Project Time & Cost Reduces Costs and Increases Resiliency with Office 365

Project Time & Cost, an international leader in cost engineering, forensic consulting services, and project management, needed to upgrade its email system to better manage costs, compliance, reliability and security.

When deciding on a new email solution, Project Time & Cost evaluated three options - upgrading to the newest version of Microsoft Exchange on-premise, migrating to Exchange Online under Office 365, or moving to Gmail. While Google's web offerings appeared cheaper at first glance, Project Time & Cost's analysis showed that the Microsoft online solution was not only a cost-effective offering but its overall total cost of ownership, enterprise mailbox resiliency, and enterprise support made it the easy choice for them. Enabling the IT staff to work faster and more efficiently due to a familiar interface and homogeneity within the Microsoft products suite was also a significant factor in the decision.

Project Time & Cost selected Microsoft's Southeast Partner of the Year, Intellinet, a long-time strategy and technology partner to help with the migration to the cloud. After a successful initial pilot, Project Time & Cost decided to rollout Exchange Online to the remainder of the organization. Project Time & Cost will soon pilot the remaining Office 365 products including SharePoint Online and Lync Online for further cost savings and collaboration benefits.
