Extending Active Directory to Office 365

Since its launch in 2011, Microsoft Office 365 has quickly become the collaboration software of choice for many organizations. While some are choosing Microsoft for the first time, most Office 365 customers have a history with Microsoft Exchange running on top of a Microsoft infrastructure which includes Active Directory as the main identity store serving as the Exchange server back-end. For most adopters, the top concern is their ability to federate Office 365 access with Active Directory.
